More jumps detected

There is a new algorithm for detecting OHM jumps. This detects some jumps that would previously have been missed.

The new algo will apply to any new activities from now on. It you want to retrospectively re-analyse all of your prior activities you need to refresh your data, as described here (there is no need to remove cached stream files so don’t check the box).
